Descriptif :
Vous travaillerez sur une plate-forme de services (appels entrants du 3646) pour assurer l’accueil téléphonique, le conseil et l’orientation des publics de l’Assurance Maladie. Vous devrez faciliter l’accès aux soins et aux prestations des assurés en quête de renseignements sur leur dossier individuel et les conseiller dans l’exercice de leurs droits et obligations (au regard de la législation bien sûr !).
Profil :
Vous avez le sens de l’écoute et le souci de trouver LA solution pour chaque assuré. Vos outils quotidiens seront le téléphone et les outils bureautiques.
Confidentialité et discrétion sont impératives. Vous devrez vous conformer aux exigences de la politique de sécurité du système d’information de l’organisme.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website.
